About AHTA  .

Vision

To cater for the growing demand for trained and skilled workforce in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry Internationally.

To build a workforce of highly skilled, innovative and disciplined individuals Who will operate as one to enhance the efficiency of the industry in its efforts to achieve quality and establish the ASIAN  culture of Hospitality beyond borders.

To provide training programs for the purpose to eradicate unemployment and poverty by establishing job opportunity in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry locally and internationally.

Mission

As a network for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, the Asian Hospitality and Tourism Association(AHTA) will act as the voice of the industry, working as  one body to promote, protect, represent, and advance the interests of its members in quality training programs, job placements and industry development.

Aims

  • To unite Asian Hospitality and Tourism Training Industry as one representative body.
  • To promote and foster cooperation between training providers and all similar business within and without the areas of the Association.
  • To protect and advance the interest of all members and secure mutual advantages.
  • To encourage its members to provide quality training, to keep abreast of the changing needs of the industry and the Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
  • To promote international, regional and domestic training programs.
  • To provide quality educational programs to the membership and the industry.
  • To plan and organize job placement that will enhance productivity in the industry and help reduce unemployment and to eradicate poverty by training and employment in poverty stricken areas globally.
  • To undertake human resources training and retraining programs.
  • To issue Certificate / Diplomas / Executive Diplomas and Specialization Certifications as recognition of achievement and the Federal Government, and other organizations Internationally.
  • To organize fundraising projects to generate revenue to support the vision and mission of the association locally and Internationally.
