INTRODUCTION

Success in organizations today is based on the quality of leadership, for people are our greatest assets to achieve organization greatness. In today's global economy, organizations are demanding managers to do more with less; managers who have saturated all other avenues of management know-how, have come to realize that with effective leadership qualities, they can achieve even more and establish a healthy environment and organization.

OBJECTIVE

The leadership seminar is geared for managers and executives to learn, understand and apply these fundamental principles of leadership, to better lead and achieve departmental and organization goals.

SEMINAR STRUCTURE

The seminar is structured as an informal setting giving candidates the opportunity to participate in giving feedback and addressing general or specific needs of their organizations and as a workshop to give opportunity for candidates to participate and identify their skills and abilities as leaders.

SEMINAR OUTLINE

The seminar is focused on leadership qualities to equip leaders with principles to apply and develop ones success in organization. Leadership principles seminar will be presented and discussed in today's demand for competent leaders; some of the key areas of presentation: The principles of limitation, consistency, respect, influence, time, urgency, acceptance, navigation, connection, command, confidence, attraction, knowledge, empowerment, triumph, and simplicity.

SEMINAR OUTCOME

Leadership has been if not; is the most misunderstood quality in organizations today. Upon gaining knowledge and understanding of the principles of leadership, candidates will be able to apply this insight into their daily lives and develop their leadership qualities to achieve objectives.

TRAINER PROFILE

Dr. Manuval Thomas CHA is the founder and president of the Asian Hospitality and Tourism Association, and is the CEO of MTC Management and Director and Consultant of City and Guilds School of Management . Dr. has over 15 years experience as a principal consultant, international business development director and corporate trainer of the association and organizations involved.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing. If cancellations received before 9th June 2009 you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Due to contractual commitments no refund will be made after 9th June  2009; however a set of document will be sent to you. Substitutions are welcomed at anytime. 

Note : It may be necessary for reasons beyond control, to change the content and timing of the event, speaker(s) or venue, every effort will be made to inform the participants of the change.
