INTRODUCTION Success in organizations today is based on the quality of leadership, for people are our greatest assets to achieve organization greatness. In today's global economy, organizations are demanding managers to do more with less; managers who have saturated all other avenues of management know-how, have come to realize that with effective leadership qualities, they can achieve even more and establish a healthy environment and organization. The leadership seminar is geared for managers and executives to learn, understand and apply these fundamental principles of leadership, to better lead and achieve departmental and organization goals. METHOD OF PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing. If cancellations received before 9th June 2009 you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Due to contractual commitments no refund will be made after 9th June 2009; however a set of document will be sent to you. Substitutions are welcomed at anytime. Note : It may be necessary for reasons beyond control, to change the content and timing of the event, speaker(s) or venue, every effort will be made to inform the participants of the change.
